In addition to coaching (teams and individuals) and delivering workshops for professional development, I teach a 4-day class to prepare people for the PMP credential exam. Over the course of the those 4 days we cover a TON of material, much of it seemingly academic and dry. The PMP Cocktail Party, sans booze at this point, hopes to make that material a bit more palatable, easier to use when you need it, which is (1) on the PMP exam, (2) when you have snooty co-workers or consultants that you have to assert yourself against and (3) around the holiday dinner table when your Aunt Eula asks, “now what have you been up to lately, sweety?”
Ahh, won’t they be impressed w/ you?
BTW, PMP® is a registered trademark of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
